Paying at Brown Color

Brown Color is operated by Encomia Brighton Studio INC.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards. Shop Pay and PayPal are also available when shown at checkout.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital wallets are available when supported by your device or browser and enabled for the order.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers identified at checkout.

Currency and checkout amounts

Prices and checkout payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Any tax due is calculated and shown before you complete checkout.

Standard shipping is free to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase.

Authorizations and payment problems

Payment is captured automatically at checkout when an order is placed. Your payment provider may display a pending authorization before the completed charge.

If payment is declined or fails, check the billing information entered at checkout and contact your payment provider if needed. You may try another payment method displayed at checkout. Contact support@browncolor.com if you need help checking whether an order was placed.

If you see what appears to be a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and the date and amount of each entry. We will check the payment record. Please distinguish a pending authorization from a completed charge; your payment provider can confirm the status of an entry.

We may ask you to verify order or billing information to help prevent fraud. We will not ask by email for your full card number, CVV, account password, or other payment login credentials. We do not request off-site bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments, or payment to a personal account.

Subscriptions

We offer one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring deliveries.

Receiving a refund

Refunds go back to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect your return and approve the refund, we issue it within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility and the return process.

Our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy provide related information. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law.

This address is for business correspondence only. It is not a walk-in retail store and does not accept in-person visits.
